Knitted Cotton Boutique – Returns Policy (US Orders)
We stand by the quality of our knits. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
What qualifies for a return
We accept returns only when:

The item arrives defective or damaged, or
-
The item received does not match the product you ordered (wrong style, color, or size sent by mistake).
We do not accept returns for change of mind, fit preference, or normal wear. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
How to request a return (simple & fast)

Email returns@knittedcottonboutique.com within 30 days.

Include:

Order number and full name
-
Photos of the item (showing the defect or the discrepancy)

A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and reply with next steps.
Please do not ship any items back without written approval (RMA). Packages sent without approval won’t be accepted.
What happens next

If your return is approved, we’ll send you:

A prepaid return label (for approved defective/incorrect items), and
-
Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method, according to your preference and stock availability.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
