Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:  
✔️ Unworn  
✔️ Unwashed  
✔️ In original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 5 days of delivery at hello@knittedcottonboutique.com with:  

📸 A clear photo of the item  
📦 A photo of the packaging label  
📝 A brief explanation of the issue

This helps us process your claim quickly and coordinate with our supplier.

Once we review your request and confirm the issue, we’ll provide return instructions or a replacement solution.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
